About Gregory Leon

Gregory was born in Tulsa, OK, however, at the age of 5 Gregory’s father decided to move the family to his native country, Venezuela. In ’89 the family came back to the United States, and Gregory began his culinary career shortly after that. Moving to San Francisco, he spent 18 years cooking and consulting in San Francisco restaurants like Poesia, Mirtille, and Horatius, with a few stints in Madrid, Spain.
