About Chris Coleman

Chris was born and raised in the northwest corner of Charlotte’s Mountain Island Lake community. He spent his summers on his grandparents’ farm in Purvis, MS where he learned to appreciate the importance of local ingredients and fostering community.He went from bussing tables at a local fish camp at age 14 to CPCC culinary grad.
