Bio

Dominique Crenn is the chef/co-owner of Petit Crenn and Atelier Crenn. She is a French chef best known for gaining two Michelin stars for her restaurant, Atelier Crenn. Growing up in Paris she ate at the best and diverse restaurants the city could offer. She was awarded the Best Female Chef in 2016 by World’s 50 Best Restaurant awards.

"The menu changes, and you really cannot go wrong with anything here, but this is a dish I remember really standing out. Earthy carrots tempered by a cooling aloe gel, with a little crunch from puffed quinoa. These are the types of flavors and textures I like to see together, which really make even a small few bites dish seem complete."
