Roasted duck
"Sun Wah BBQ is the best and only place to get Peking duck in Chicago. Just go there and order it. That is all I have to say."
Pan-roasted skate wing
"This crispy catch is paired with Blue Hubbard heirloom squash cannelloni, golden chanterelles, braised leeks, spaghetti squash, and apple cider brown butter with Styrian pumpkin seed oil. It is like fall on a plate."
Foie gras & shrimp terrine
"Giuseppe Tentori has created an amazing flavor combination: apricot chutney, pickled onion, and Szechuan peppercorn. It’s truly delicious."
Sassy Eggs
"Just what you need on a Sunday morning: Eggs with a bit of attitude. Served atop chorizo-potato hash, cheddar, jalapeños, guacamole, and ancho ketchup, this fiery concoction is a weekend staple."
