Chef Michael Lomonaco is the owner of Porter House New York and the partner at Center Park. A native New Yorker, he has spent his career celebrating the bounty of the American table at some of the city’s most iconic restaurants including ‘21’, Windows on the World, Wild Blue and Guastavino’s.

"Just a short walk from my restaurants Abboccato and Molyvos, I hit Porter House when I'm in the mood for a great steak. The cowboy rib steak is a great, full-flavored cut of meat. I recommend trying it with a side of their baked macaroni and cheese."
