"Scallop chopped with pickle, scallions, yuzu kosho, sesame oil and a little caviar. To be scooped up with nori strips. My version of “Namero,” a dish taught to me by @weavermatt82. A traditional Japanese fisherman dish made by chopping aji or other fish scraps with various seasonings until it’s almost a paste-like texture. Not unlike northern Thai larb!"
