From My Menu

Chef Richard Blais reviews Selection of cheese at Bacchanalia
$$$$ | Modern | American
Westside
"It's the only true fine-dining restaurant in Atlanta, and any of their cheese courses are going to inspire you. Sit at the bar and order à la carte, and you'll find yourself being there more often than just on anniversaries..."
Chef Eddie Hernandez reviews Atlantic halibut at Bacchanalia
$$$$ | Modern | American
Westside
"The menu changes every month, so what you see on the menu now may not be on it next time. However, one item I enjoyed was the halibut with oyster mushrooms. The mushrooms are served with just a little bit of butter on the side, and the freshness of the fish marries perfectly with its meatiness. I have known Anne and Clifford for a long time, and I really respect the quality of the ingredients that they use."
Chef Shaun Doty reviews Pizza at Floataway Cafe
$$$ | Modern | Traditional | American
Toco Hills
"The great thing about Floataway is that every pizza is seasonally inspired. There can be a truffle pizza on the menu one day and a summer squash pizza on the next. It is cooked in a wood-fired oven, and the crust is always perfect."
Chef Ford Fry reviews Salami bread at Star Provisions
$$ | Specialty Shop | Bakery
Westside, Home Park
"This dish is AWESOME! This bread is made with house-cured salami and stellar cheese. If you can't finish it or want another order, take it home and warm it up!"
Chef Jay Swift reviews Reuben at Star Provisions
$$ | Specialty Shop | Bakery
Westside, Home Park
"Their Reuben is an otherworldly experience, right down to the bread. Their housemade pastrami is the best; it's so delicious and makes for the best Reuben in the city."
Chef Kevin Rathbun reviews Gulf crab fritter at Bacchanalia
$$$$ | Modern | American
Westside
"With Thai peppers, avocado, Asian pear, and grapefruit, this crab fritter is the best. It's beautifully executed every time and has been the town topic since the very beginning."
