"This is one of the few places that does octopus well. Chef Charles Clark does Spanish cuisine with a real passion and wonderful touch. The charred octopus has all the textures and flavors you look for from this kind of dish. Salt, sweet, and smoke are all going on. It goes great with Spanish rosé."
