"They change their menu quite often here. The 'foie gras breakfast' is very good, especially in the spring with blueberries and maple, but the dish I like the best—the one that made me love Triniti—is the steak served with a cauliflower and bone marrow purée, jus de viande, and dehydrated cauliflower."
