"The pheasant is roasted with a light cinnamon rub and served with mushrooms and cippolini onion sauce. This is elevated Southwestern cuisine at its finest. They have an excellent wine list and a knowledgeable service staff. Make sure you don’t miss the always spot-on, killer desserts, especially the Chocolate Cake RDG for MDG."
