Behind the Scenes

Razor clam crudo
"These are sweet and meaty razor clams chunked up and tossed with mint, scallions, lemon, lime, and olive oil. This really takes the clam to new heights."
Dinner salad
"This salad has a sesame and carrot dressing that you will seriously want to drink."

Dry aged côte de bœuf
"The côte de bœuf is the benchmark for all other steaks in this city, and that Black Label burger has a really great blend of meat. What does he put in there?"

"The dish—slow-cooked pork belly, Thuringian bratwurst, calf tongue, and knackwurst served with housemade sauerkraut—is very fulfilling and tasty, especially during cold days. Plus, you get to eat it in its natural habitat."

"This is one of the best restaurants in New York City. It does everything really well but I like to get its perfectly balanced Old-Fashioned and the burger, which is made with aged beef. It’s just an outstanding hamburger with a nice beefy flavor and good portions."
