"The bouillabaisse is my I-want-a-hearty-but-not-heavy dish, whether it is summer or winter. There's just enough saffron broth to transport me to the south of France, intermingled with mussels, clams, scallops, red snapper, shrimp, and calamari. Pass the bread, because for this one I need extra to soak it all up."
