Shrimp cocktail with teppan-yaki sauce
"This is a hidden gem in Vegas. The shrimp and wasabi mayo is off the charts! You might think it's a simple sauce, but it's hard to copy, and I still can't get the recipe. I also love the chef's tiger sauces, which are unique and have very bold flavors. It's not on the menu, but you can ask for it."

"I love me some cheesy grits! The colors in this dish really pop. The pancetta is a perfect addition without being too overpowering."

"This fish is super moist and loaded with different flavors and textures from the cherries and Marcona almonds. I love every bite and have to lick the plate clean."
