"The Prado pressed arugula salad is a gluten-free vegetarian dish garnished with fresh strawberries, candied walnuts, and Asiago, all topped with a sherry-shallot vinaigrette. It's the perfect plate when I am in need of something light. All of the flavors are mixed beautifully. The Prado is without question one of the most timeless restaurants in San Diego."

"I ate this dish every day when I worked at the Prado and I still can't get away from it! Napa cabbage with sprouts, carrots, mango, wontons, and of course chicken. All topped with sesame dressing. Mmm! "
