Chef Scott Conant is the chef/co-owner of several restaurants including his first solo project in nearly a decade, Fusco. To his restaurants, he brings a deft touch and unwavering passion to creating singular dining experiences with soulful food and a convivial atmosphere. His career spans nearly 30 years, including multiple restaurants, an enthusiastic following of fans and an ever-expanding brand. He has established himself as one of the country’s top chefs and restaurateurs.

"Perfect pastas with the best polenta in New York, all served with immaculate service and a well-rounded wine list. The creamy polenta with fricassée of truffled mushrooms is a must-order. Its rich mushroom sauce is great to dip bread into once the polenta is gone. Also, the short rib and bone marrow agnolotti, with crisp garlic chips and fresh horseradish, is not to be missed."
