"It is a bittersweet weekend for us as we bid Chef @orangelement adieu. It's been a very fun & intense 5 years.. Brandon has been with us since the very beginning, first as a customer at one of @fishsaucebordelaise earliest pop-ups, but soon after he reached out to him... and the rest is history. Starting at the farmers markets, to the opening of our first restaurant @pigandthelady Chinatown, and finally becoming the head chef of @piggysmallshawaii Brandon, it's been a real. We are so thankful we went through this journey together & we couldn't have done it without you. I can't count how many phone hack selfies you terrorized all of us.(we talking hundreds..) I will say though you will be deeply missed and we are sad, but at the same time excited for whatever comes next. Now it's time for you to fly and shine. "I love the unique atmosphere here, especially at the bar. A primal watering hole where you can sip exotic concoctions and pick bones in a bowl. The stewed beef bone marrow is served in phở broth with shallots, greens onions and, of course, a baguette to sop up every delicious bite."
