"The white tuna is seared on the outside, sliced sashimi-style, rolled up individually with a few slices of onion to cut the richness, then topped with aioli, tobiko, and a cilantro leaf. It's a very good combination and balance. There is also a light, almost kalbi-like sauce poured over the dish."

"This is a special but you can always ask for it. It’s not for everybody, but if you like fish eggs, then WOW! It comes in a shot glass with a dark liquid. Inside you have uni, salmon eggs, tobiko, a quail egg yolk, and other interesting goodies floating around. When you shoot it, you get saltiness from the ocean flavors, sourness from the citrus, sweetness from the uni, and all the fun textures from the different eggs. It's a great conversation piece. It will definitely turn heads."
