Bio

Jonathan Waxman is a chef/co-owner of numerous restaurants in New York City, Atlanta, Nashville, and San Francsico. He is a native Californian whose family nurtured him in the food arts from an early age. Working as a successful chef, restaurateur and author, he has graced such prestigious kitchens as Chez Panisse in Berkeley and Michael's in Los Angeles.
