Bio

Adrian Hoffman is a chef and a co-founder of Four Star Seafood. He currently is a buyer of seafood at the restaurant level. His style is describes as "American cuisine inspired by classic European techniques." Despite having worked for some very talented chefs, he says he's taught himself a great deal, too, by reading and traveling, and by experimenting with the techniques and ingredients that he's discovered abroad. He was nominated for a James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef of the Year.
