"My favorite thing ever. Chef Tim is amazing. Hands down the freshest sushi in town. It's consistently amazing, and most of the seafood comes from Japan. Sit at the bar and enjoy the show... These guys know their stuff!"

"I’m not sure if I can explain why it’s so good there, but Tim tenderizes it, and I believe he also sprinkles it with a bit of matcha salt (I could be wrong, but I think so). It has that sweet clam crunchiness while being tender enough to chew through easily."

"This is my go-to place for sushi and interesting pairings. I usually let the chefs do what they want; I give them some kind of budget and let them know how hungry I am, and then let them go for it. I never leave without the spicy tuna roll, which is super crunchy from the fresh cucumber and creamy with the avocado. The spice is just right, never overwhelming."
