Tim Archuleta is the chef/co-owner of ICHI Sushi. Tim has nineteen years of experience as a sushi chef and over ten years of experience managing restaurant kitchens. His restaurant has been honored with numerous awards including one of America’s Top Restaurants (Zagat National 2013).
