Atlantic halibut
"The menu changes every month, so what you see on the menu now may not be on it next time. However, one item I enjoyed was the halibut with oyster mushrooms. The mushrooms are served with just a little bit of butter on the side, and the freshness of the fish marries perfectly with its meatiness. I have known Anne and Clifford for a long time, and I really respect the quality of the ingredients that they use."

"It's the only true fine-dining restaurant in Atlanta, and any of their cheese courses are going to inspire you. Sit at the bar and order à la carte, and you'll find yourself being there more often than just on anniversaries..."
Gulf crab fritter
"One of the only places in the city to truly remind me of The French Laundry. The famous crab fritter has the best ingredients effortlessly blended into a delicious, thoughtful bite; lumps of crab meat are the star, supported by a small amount of house-made mayonnaise and a light dusting of breadcrumbs. The only other element on this plate is a refreshing pairing of citrus, which adds a lovely foil to the fried element."
