Chef Mary Catherine Curren reviews The Otto at
"This is my favorite breakfast taco in Austin. You have the option of flour or corn tortilla, and I like this taco on flour. It is filled with refried black beans, bacon, avocado, and Monterey Jack cheese. It is gooey and flavorful, and the bacon adds the perfect meaty chew to every bite. I far too often find myself trying to order it at lunchtime. Unfortunately, they stop serving breakfast at 11am during the weekdays. "

"This is my favorite hangover combination. Quick, delicious, and inexpensive, I recommend two tacos on corn and an order of Roberto's Brazo-Fuerte dip and chips. The only better way to cure a hangover for me would be to indulge in a couple of early-morning beverages with Roberto Espinosa, the man behind these delicious treats!"
