Regina Margherita pizza
"All of the pizza here is great, but for me, I'm a purist when it comes to pizza. This margherita is made with buffalo mozzarella, and the crust is perfectly crispy and chewy."
Chef reviews Marinara pizza at post.venue.name
Marinara pizza
"I like Neapolitan-style pizza, and this is very well-done and simply made, with Italian tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, and a little sea salt. The ingredients are well-sourced and well-chosen, which isn’t always easy. Overall, this pizza is just well-executed."
Motorino pizza
"I really like all their pizzas, but I especially enjoy the combination of the bitter greens and Calabrian chilies in this one. It’s hard to pick a favorite from here, but if I had to, the Motorino is it."
Chef reviews Che Cazzo pizza at post.venue.name
Che Cazzo pizza
"Just go in and ask for the Che Cazzo pie. They say it means 'roll the dice,' but I think it means something else. What I do know is that you should, as the menu reads, 'Trust your pizzaiolo... always spicy.' Plus, it’s VPN certified."
Chef reviews La Montanara at post.venue.name
La Montanara
"This new style of pizza is decadent but delicious. Inspired by the New York pizzeria that serves all of its pies fried. This off-menu special (just ask nicely) comes topped with tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and pecorino or parmigiano. Get it with a glass of tap wine."
