Tôm rang muối
"Tôm rang muối is deep-fried shrimp (shell on) stir-fried with garlic, onions, and black pepper. The secret to this dish is that the most flavorful part of the shrimp is, of course, the shell."
Đồ biển xào cà ri
"This dish is comprised of shrimp, scallops, squid, and mussels sautéed with lemongrass in curry and coconut milk. It's one of those sweet, spicy, tangy, and coconut-y fish stews that they do so well in Southeast Asia."

Cua rang muối
"When my wife and I are out with the kids, New Saigon is one of our go-to restaurant options, and we always order the Dungeness crab legs. In fact, we always order two platters of crab legs because my kids can finish one on their own. Stir-fried with butter, garlic, onions, and black pepper, they’re easily some of the best crab legs I’ve ever had."
Canh súng
"This restaurant has been a staple on my restaurant list since I moved to Denver 13 years ago. Asking me to name just one dish is really hard, but if pushed, I'd have to say the 9F0, or canh súng. It's a super flavorful lemongrass soup with shrimp, squid, mussels, and tons of vegetables that just gets better with every spoonful. A few other favorites are the green papaya salad and the duck curry. Don't forget that New Saigon is closed on Mondays!"
