"This pork loin is so good, like DAMN good. Grilled 'til perfection, they are tender and juicy with beautiful marbling, giving it its deep, porky goodness. It comes with sautéed bitter greens, a light pork jus, and polenta so smooth and buttery you'd marry it if it was legal. Chefs Ed Kenney and Dave Caldeiro are le-git! Definitely order any of their charcuterie as well. It's topnotch, and the seasonal mostarda that comes with it are always great. Also, their cocktail program is amazing!"
