Dessert platter
"They serve this huge dessert platter on a big hunk of wood—like an actual log of wood. It has everything, including cakes, fruit, and ice cream, but my favorite is this frozen coconut ball with a passion fruit gel inside. You bite into it and—squirt! It's not on the menu, but if you ask your server, they'll bring it right out."
Lobster no oven yaki
"This dish is absolutely irresistible. Drawn butter is a total yawn after experiencing the refined punch of shiso, garlic, serrano chilis, and ponzu puréed into European butter and slathered over a whole roasted Maine lobster."
Gindara to ebi no gyoza
"Amazing. Served in a light pasta, the prawns and black cod are salty and subtle, yet soft and chewy. Then again, most of what you’ll get here is as gorgeous as the environs. It’s filled with bright sunlight inside, and even the bar is a visual treat. And that view of the Miami River—priceless."

"This rice hot pot is perfect for a cold, Florida winter day! I love the wild mushrooms, Japanese vegetables, and just about anything with rice. It's just so warm and comforting in your belly!"
