"This was only one meat-centric place I recommended for a number of years in Miami. I was so impressed that I took NYC uber-chefs Tom Colicchio and Daniel Boulud here. I will never forget Daniel demolishing a 32-ounce order of short ribs/ He looked like he’d won the d'Œuvres Meilleurs award when that plate was set before him. This was fine, imported grass-fed beef with a deep taste that reminded me of my time growing up in Chicago and eating massive steaks at the Stock Yards Inn."
