Huître au four
"My favorite dish - A Mayo Marmite Masterpiece. So decadent. A saliva creating dish. If you have a tongue in your mouth and a brain in your skull you will love this Oyster. If you don't have a tongue, I'm sorry. If you don't have a brain, R.I.P."

Huître au four
"This is a genius dish with gratinéed marmite. Plus, most of the time I'll get some pearls in my shell! My two daughters are super impressed. To be honest, I've never had a bite there that I didn't love. Oh yeah, the Welsh rarebit is simple and delicious, too."

"Greens"
"This gastropub is run by one of the best chefs in the city, Derek Dammann. Maison Publique is classic Plateau-Mont-Royal charm. The menu changes all the time, but the last time I was there, the "greens" was an escarole and chicory salad with an anchovy and raw garlic vinaigrette. It just so happens that Derek had a small piece line-caught bluefin tuna of which I had lightly seared over the salad. It was unbelievable."
