"This is my favorite breakfast in the city. It is a big brioche boule with a big hole, hollowed out and lined with ham. There are a couple of poached eggs served with Gruyère in there, all of which is baked. What I love about it is that when you break the egg, the yolk naturally absorbs into the bread. You always want to eat eggs with toast, but with this dish, you don't have to dip your toast into the runny egg yolk because it is already there."

"Even though they're known for their "tartines", the quiches here are legit. The flaky, crispy crust along with the fluffy, savory filling gives it the best of texture and flavor. It doesn't matter which one you get, it could be sausage and mushroom or even vegetarian, it's going to be delicious! They make them daily and in limited quantities, so go early and make sure you get your fill. Definitely my favorite breakfast in town!"
