"Anything Ellen Yin and Terence Feury cook up is going to be great, but their brunch is phenomenal. I love their omelet with local wild mushrooms, spinach, and Gruyère, a truly harmonic pairing. To make this so well consistently is tough, but Fork always gets it right."

"Since chef Eli Kulp took over, he's been serving this crudo. It consists of thinly sliced scallops seasoned with sea salt and dressed with fermented parsley kimchi. It's perfectly aromatic and spicy with a delicate levity from a touch of acidity. It's simple, light, and exotic, a great way to excite the palate to start the meal."
