Chicken & duck liver parfait
"Served with juicy grape chutney, salty cornichons and buttery toasted brioche, the parfait of chicken and duck liver mousses at Stephen Starr's British-inspired pub, The Dandelion, is the ultimate luxury. In my opinion, no other restaurant has anything like it."
Berkshire pork pâté
"Whenever I'm in Center City, I try to get a seat at the bar at The Dandelion to enjoy this tasty pâté. The execution is always perfect. Spread the creamy, smooth pâté on their homemade wheat toast, and you’re good to-go."
Chef reviews House blend aged beef burger at post.venue.name
House blend aged beef burger
"For me, this is the city’s best burger: an awesome aged taste that doesn’t overwhelm, Vermont sharp Cheddar, shaved pickles, bacon, and special sauce. The Dandelion is the most 'non-Stephen Starr' of his restaurants, and I haven’t really had anything on the menu that I haven’t liked."
Chocolate coconut macaroon bar
"I can't think of too many desserts that I don't like containing chocolate, but coconut is also another favorite of mine, so you can imagine how stoked I get on this dessert. It's served with a passion fruit sauce that adds a nice bit of acidity to the smooth flavors."
