"Normally you can only get lobster or crab one of three ways: salt and pepper, ginger scallion, or black bean. The Cantonese version uses chilies, fried garlic, pork, black bean and dried shrimp. It is wonderful especially since after you eat the lobster, you have all this garlic and chili to eat with the rice."
