"Hands down, the best Italian pasta dish my country has to offer, and here in San Francisco, it is prepared to perfection. Like a candy-wrapped ravioli, the pasta is filled with a stuffing made up of Parmesan cheese, pork, veal, and prosciutto. It is then cooked thoroughly and served with pancetta and a sage and brown butter sauce. I also recommend chef Gary's affogato; it's not listed on the menu, but the kitchen can make it for you."
