"This is definitely worth a stop to or from Niagara. It's about a 40-minute drive from Toronto. Every dish in this restaurant is amazing. Highlights include the sea scallops with corn velouté, beef tenderloin with cheek cromesquis, and the Pacific halibut with black tempura crust. The house-cured salmon is very light and flavourful, and the radish, wasabi, and leek ash vinaigrette make the perfect accompaniments."
