For Chef Brandon Olsen, chocolatiering began as a hobby, which turned into an obsession and ultimately, a full-time career. In December 2015, Brandon launched Chocolates x Brandon Olsen (CXBO), and in June 2016, opened a small storefront on Toronto's College St.
