"I eat here once a week and this dish is always a must-have, especially if I am with my toddler son who polishes off most of the chicken before I can get to it. It is everything I love in a dish: textural contrasts and flavor contrasts. I don't think I have ever had a dish of Josh's that I didn't love. Make sure to sample a cocktail from Joey at the bar, too."

"Not for the faint of heart, this bowl of fire will have you coming back for seconds. Laden with Szechuan peppercorns (which add a nutty, floral note to this dish) and perfectly stewed tofu. They also let you add sautéed greens or pork Bolognese, and I always do both."
