If @chefalexmccoy didnt teach me proper thai this would be spicy green papaya salad with grilled marinated pork belly but lucky he taught me its proper name: "That would be called som tam muu Yang " (not tom sum with grilled pork) Sweet, spicy, sour, funky and the coconut milk brushed on during grilling gives the pork a sweet earthy balance.
