"R&D for the week: #spring44 gin, grapefruit gastrique, genmaicha, lime, smoked sea salt. I like the nuttiness and slight tinge of smoke with the roasted brown rice tea. Plays well with juicy but bitter grapefruit. Needs one more "rounder" element I think... #divisadero"
