Margarita Manzke is the chef/co-owner of Republique and Sari Sari Store, a a Filipino Rice Bowl Stall. Her love affair with food and restaurants began early: born and raised in the Philippines, she grew up in a kitchen at the White Rock Resort, a hotel and restaurant just outside Manila owned and operated by her parents.
