About Amy Brown

Chef Amy Brown is a Baker, Proprietor, and Candlestick Maker at Marla Bakery. In the last 15 years, she has been a bread baker, pastry cook, and most recently running the Pastry Program at Nopa Restaurant and starting the Brunch Program. Years of hard work and love for her craft has led her to embark on a new chapter in her career; starting her own bakery with husband, Joe Wolf.

"Everyone here is so warm and inviting. My wife and I got an assortment of breads, and we cant stop eating it. Well crafted and delicious. We also love the hot cross buns they have for Easter."
