If I were a flapjack, I’d be
"If I were a flapjack, I’d be these Einkorn Flax + Chia Seed Pancakes. A little bit toasty, a tiny bit sweet, rich w/the flavors of grains, little surprise pockets of seeds scattered all over, eager to be topped w/baby strawberries from @untappedmaple maple syrup. 🙂 They’re quick to come together, but packed w/protein to stick around long after lunch. Recipe coming soon. 🙌🏼❤️ . . . #superfoods"

The very dear @alasully
"The very dear @alasully inspired these ⚡️ZOOM BALLS ⚡️w/dates, almonds, coconut butter, tahini, cocoa, vanilla, reishi, maple, maca + supergreens powder. 🏎 She’s also a massive inspiration behind the panel we’ll present @sxsw next week - “Pedaler’s Palate,” all about how cycling/art/science collide w/food. (Join us!!) 🙌🏼 It’s not easy to make something that looks like poop until you roll it in coconut + sesame beautiful + provocative, but she’s got an uncanny ability to do just that. Let’s hear it for beautiful brains + inspiration, everywhere. 🙌🏼🙂 . . . #athletelife"

10-Minute Green-Miso Noodle
"10-Minute Green-Miso Noodle Soup for dinner tonight inspired by @heidijswanson ‘s latest! Stirred up some miso w/leftover carrot-top pesto then added to boiling water to make a broth. Poured the broth over quick-cooking, thick + hearty rice noodles then drowned all these crisp, fresh bok choy, broccoli, carrots + herbs in the hot broth to cook them while crisping bacon + frying eggs...sweet little weeknight trick that will be on rotation this winter! ✨🍜🌱✨"
