"I’ve come a long way in my relationship with eating seafood 🎣. Growing up it was revolting, @thebreadfruit put me on good terms with it, BUT today, is my biggest milestone. A big shift happened being so involved with the fish I eat. 🐠🐟 To first #knowyourfisherman , #knowyourfishmonger, vet it for #sustainability, & skin the fish myself has all brought me to slice it with great anticipation of eating this fish raw.
