About Travis Post

Travis headed straight to the C.I.A. out of high school. A few degrees of mutual friends led him to talk with Ethan when he was on a relocation scouting trip before moving on from a 10 year stint in Brooklyn. After a half-year as a Sous-chef at Staple and Fancy, Travis now is the Chef/Owner of Plenty of Clouds.
