About Mimi Mendoza

Mimi Mendoza's professional journey started in the SF Bay Area. Originally studying art at San Francisco State University she decided to enroll in culinary school in 2008. She spent her earliest kitchen years quietly working in bakeries and most recently was the pastry chef at one-Michelin starred Chez TJ in Mountain View, California. In 2016, she moved to Honolulu, Hawai’i to open Restaurant Senia as the executive pastry chef.
