"Fat Rice is a mishmash of European and Asian flavors. It’s like spice trade cuisine, and it’s very smart and delicious. One of many things I love here is the chili clam. It’s served in a clam shell with angel hair pasta and garlic butter with braised and chopped clam meat, then topped with really fine strips of fried clam and a lemon wedge on the side. It’s so simple and so good."

"I eat there frequently and like exploring the menu, but make sure an order of the fat hand-rolled noodles with homemade XO sauce are on the table each time."
Salada

"This is anything but your typical side salad: gorgeous crisp greens, decadent croutons, Parrano cheese, tiny olives, and a mango port vinaigrette. It's a salad that delivers a delicious and satisfying range of textures and flavors."
