Chef Ben Lefenfeld, his wife Amy, and brother Jake opened La Cuchara in 2015 simply to share their love for good simple food and convivial hospitality. Chef Ben’s nightly menu highlights the seasonal freshness of the Mid-Atlantic and the bounty of ingredients it offers. He also runs Minnow, a Mediterranean-inspired, sustainable seafood restaurant.

"Date night with my better half. Had some great little bites @lacucharabaltimore. Besides that bread board that would make me come back, but wasn't available. Lamb albondigas was a tasty little treat. Love that they change the menu weekly. If you haven't been, it's a great space."
