About Oscar Diaz

Chef Oscar Diaz, a former student of Cordon Bleu Las Vegas, started his career in 2003 at French restaurant Alizé. In 2007, he made his way to Los Angeles's Patina Restaurant where he served as Junior Sous Chef and honed into his own French-California style. Chef Diaz traveled to North Carolina where he was hired as Executive Chef by the Ibarra family, opening The Cortez, as well as Jose and Sons.
