Eric is the head chef at Over Easy Cafe in Asheville. Eric has spent a lifetime creating both visual and delicious dishes in the kitchen. His passion for his culinary craft is enthusiastic and admirable. HIs managing style is hard to match and is on display daily. Being a native to WNC, he is eager to preserve heirloom ingredients to ensure the history of food in WNC.
