"A culinary masterpiece on a house baked bun. We've fallen in love with our #SandwichOfTheWeek: The USDA Prime Beef and Chorizo Burger. A 5oz USDA prime chuck and short rib patty and a 5oz Mexican style chorizo patty, both grilled over mesquite and topped with creamy mozzarella cheese. Layered on our house baked cheddar jalapeno sweet roll with pico de gallo, smashed avocado, shaved green cabbage, and roasted jalapeno-tomatillo cream.
