"The sweet scent of cinnamon apples wafting from the oven, filling the house with its warmth, is something I just cannot resist. But it's been almost 10 years since I've eaten a piece of pie. 10 whole years! Why? The silkiness of perfectly glutinous pie dough slinking through your fingers. That’s why. I was scared that gluten-free dough wouldn’t appease me. And, so, I went pie free for so long. Until now. It's not perfect by any means. But it's a solid start, and, with some tinkering, I will get it just right."
